I've been thinking about vlogging (boy, that's a weird word).
But I'm slightly frightened. Because, you know, it's a vlog.
So a question, fair readers:
What are your favorite kinds of vlogs? What would you like to see me talk about in a vlog? And how on earth do you actually pronounce it? 'Vee-log' or 'vlog?'*

*I imagine it should be 'vlog' because we don't say 'bee-log,' but doesn't 'vlog' just sound awkward to you?

I always just say "vlog", 'cause, even though it sounds funny, it is faster than saying "vee-log". So, laziness wins with me. :)
I would totally be interested in a Vlog Roundup. I have done a couple in the past, and while they are kinda awkward to do, they are fun! And I imagine it would get less and less awkward the more I do them.
Do it! Suggestions: quick cuts are all the rage. Take out any dead air, "ums" or "uhs", etc. by just editing them out. It'll be filled with jump cuts, but in the 'vlogging' world, it's OK. And I choose to say 'video blog' as opposed to 'vlog'; blog is already an acronym, so it's like making an acronym from another acronym.
Yay! Go for it...do a vlog! The only time I've done one is to win the Skype conversation with KOrtizzle, and it was intimidating to say the least--but it was fun! I may be interested in doing a vlog roundup with you; I just don't know how to edit and do all of that other fancy stuff. Maybe your first vlog can be an intro where you tell us what made you fall in love w/ writing or something. Oh, and I totally just say "vlog" because it's easier. :)
I've never seen a vlog, but I'd be interested! try it out, and if it doesn't work, you can always go back to blogging. :D
I'd love to see it. And I'd love to participate in a vlog round-up, only I've never tried editing. It will be interesting :)
